This page is for fashion. A stay is a house. There is no parcel for a villa, a chef, or a day on the water.
Where it ships from
Fashion ships from the maison. Today that is Maison Aureliana. It does not ship from a Fantasia house, and it does not ship from a MIA RÉSERVE warehouse we do not have.
Where it ships to
EU and USA. We collect a ship-to at checkout when the bag has fashion. You are responsible for an address the maison can deliver to. A hotel desk or a house you have not reserved is your risk if it refuses the parcel.
We do not offer locker networks or a pickup shop of our own.
When it arrives
As the maison ships. We do not publish a carrier SLA we do not have. We will not invent a two-day service or name a courier we have not contracted.
If the maison gives us a tracking number, we pass it when we have it. If you have none, write [email protected] with the order id.
Cost
Any shipping amount the maison requires will be shown before you pay, when we have it. If checkout shows no separate shipping line, do not assume an express courier. [TO COUNSEL: rates, who bears postage, whether shipping is in the EUR price.]
Customs and duty
Orders can cross a border. Duty and import tax may be due. [TO COUNSEL: DDP or DDU; whether we collect duty at checkout. Do not invent a landed-cost figure.] Until that is written, treat doorstep duty as possible on a USA or extra-EU delivery, and write [email protected] if a carrier asks for money we did not show.
Lost, delayed, damaged
Write [email protected]. We work with the maison. We do not run a carrier claims portal. Delays from customs, weather, or the courier are outside our control; we still take the message.
Stays and experiences
No parcel. You arrive at the house. Arrival notes come from the host through us when we have them. Write [email protected] if you need the hour and the door.
